The Official Website of RC Heli Pilot Len Sabato Welcome to Len Sabato.com. This is a non-selling site,
dedicated primarily to Len’s favorite sport of Radio Controlled
Helicopters, and in particular his main discipline of F3C Contest flying. WOW! I made the Since the last update in August
2004, I attended the 2005 USA F3C Team Trials contest held on October 8th
and 9th. Although I was not flying quite as well as I did at the
Nats due to a crash before the event, I was able to hold things together and
make my 2nd consecutive USA Team! When I started working towards
making the USA F3C Team way back in 1998, I was never quite sure that I
actually had enough flying talent to make a USA Team. Making the 2003 Team
helped me to complete my goal of making “A” USA Team, so the
opportunity to make it for a second time was just not something I had really
thought about much. I guess dreams really do turn into reality if you work at
it hard enough! Now that I have made the 2005 USA
Team, I will be focused on improving my flying and placement at the 2005
Championships, and helping our USA Team to win the Gold for the Team Title. You can read about the 2005 Team
Trials contest at the link below. RC
Helis Plus Inc. Since starting our new
company in August of 2003, to say that the past year+ has been a blur would
be an understatement. With the new company, I do not get a chance to fly as
regularly as before, but I do get to “cram” just before a contest
which has seemed to help me. Our company’s website
can be found at: www.rchelisplus.com . Please check out our website for the
latest in Heli upgrade parts and accessories. In addition to
operating RC Helis Plus, I have also continued to work with Horizon as a
consultant, managing their JR Heli Division line and the JR Heli team. I have had a great time
in the past 12 months being able to focus on the RC Heli segment, and hope
that you will patronize our new company and product lines in the near future. I would also like to
thank all of the individual companies that have provided me with product
sponsorship. Without the help of these companies, my current level of
participation in F3C contests would not have been possible. Thank you for visiting my
site, I hope that you enjoy your stay. Len Sabato News New! 2005 Japan F3C Team Trials New! Current
